It's hard to see something when you can't relate to it. Most repubs can't relate because they are already bias, prejudice, sanctimonious, and have a dim view of blacks and minorities in general. It's hard for some to shake off their obnoxious personality when they deal with people of color. For every action, there is a reaction.
