This is the stand alone .exe file of the simple text calculator posted before, I don't know i it will work or not on your computer, it does work well on Windows XP, it was compiled with QB64.

http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=23115193349964534933

I think that it opens up in a DOS window, but it seems to be a Win32 Bit DOS program, while the original Basic 2 came from old 8 Bit computers, of the kind o the Commodore 64, Apple, TI, Etc.

Now the old 8 Bit Basic to can be compiled to 32 Bit Windows DOS, that works on Win XP and that might work on other operating systems, but I am not sure, with DOS Box they would for sure work, but they might work as it is anyway. Try it, I want to know if it work with Windows 7 and Windows 8 or 8.1.

... [ More ]
