<br />Only problem there is a time gap between thoughts and events so we forget exactly what mindset we held which created those events so view them as are "random."<br /><br />They're not ....... and it's an ongoing challenge for us all to do like Em says "fake it until you make it.

<br />Em, what you post here is so true. A book I read said to look in the mirror and tell yourself how great you look and that you love yourself. This is so unnatural for me. So I look again and smile. Everything seems fine and I begin to relax. Then I see a new age spot
