			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just thinking about this last night. Last July I lost a job and was determined to leave So Florida. About 12 years ago I just packed up and drove from NH to FL, leaving all my stuff behind. However, I had purchased  new &#x22;stuff&#x22; after a hurricane in 2004 and calculated how much I&#x27;d lose if I sold it. Moving it was too expensive. A year later I&#x27;ve spent 10 times what that &#x22;stuff&#x22; was worth saying &#x22;I don&#x27;t want to leave my &#x22;stuff.&#x22;</p>]]></description>
