			<description><![CDATA[<p>I recommend that you try out the Quick Picks-RNG on the left hand side.  That is if you want to have an RNG pick your numbers that is not the terminal QP at your local retailer.  You could also do a little research on who is doing the best predicting in your state and you can test your own predictions on the prediction board to see if you are making some money.  I think you will have to be a paying member to get the full use of the wheel systems here.  I personally do not know anything about them.
