I agree, he needs to be given the death penalty, but just like most states, execution is off the table right now, so tax payers, like the trolls, will have to food and bed this posterchild for the rest of his life.

This dude just released from jail, in a 12 hour span, shot and wounded one, shot and murdered one, raped a 15 yr old, robbed another and took her car, ect .... Come on !!! WTF !!!
