Is it just me? You have to say more than, I am going to make America great again, I have the plan, just wait and see, I know what to do, you can trust me, or no ones plan is better than mine to get my plucking vote.

He actually doesn't. All this stuff about presenting his plan later is the same rhetoric that the rest do and have done. At least the Dems come right out with their numbers and allow the American people to crunch them for themselves and compare. Not the case here although I enjoy Trump's disposition in general.
