In listening to the conversation, he seems to complaining about not doing anything wrong except maybe the type of language he was using. Even so, I never saw either cop take a swing at him, they were trying to detain him and he decided to launch some blows...and landed one. How did this get that far out of hand in the first place? Why were the cops there? Gotta know everything before rendering a verdict, in my opinion, but he's lucky neither cop tased the sh*t outta him. It's worth also worth mentioning that obviously neither cop felt that "their lives were threatened"...and that knew this guy was unarmed. Still can't assault an officer, though.
