Rap appeasl largely to the younger generation. My generation can't stand it and my children's generation has moved on to Jazz, Blues and listening to poets speak. Rap in essences is appealing to those who can't vote and is a turn off to those that can. Rap coming from any repub, black or white, directing it specifically at blacks is suspect and will not be received as intended.
