a toll road, also known as turnpike or tollway is a public (amounts to form of TAXATION) and private (for reconstruction and maintenance) roadway for which a FEE is assessed for passage.

everyday this is were most of the legit voters had have been a victim of electronic kutong THEY come in and come out, and this toll roads policy should be revised or scrap because nothing stays forever.. hehehe

as i see it, those first world country and very developed country are dam (politician) if they don't criticize about this electronic kutong maybe the best for Presidential debates if they have a case assuming there were BILLS pending on scraping TOLL ROAD POLICY.
