			<description><![CDATA[<p>Back in october I got a private message that stated this:<br /><br />Please do not use the rating system to post 1-star reviews on any particular member. The rating system is used to judge the quality of the content of a thread, and it is a mis-use to use it to punish another member you disagree with.<br /><br />Then why keep the star rating system if some people can&#x27;t handle a one star rating for their topic? I would get plenty of one star ratings on my topics from the people here that REALLY dislike me for thinking out of turn.<br /><br />I see a topic that I would give a 0 star rating in the lottery discussion forum, due to it&#x27;s incredible dullness.<br /><br />I also started an outside blog<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/107075">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
