Before he utters a single word, I will bet the theme of his speech will be based on, Syrian Refugees.

He will tells us, don't let the shooting in California, influence our acceptance of the Syrian Refugees. We should not worry about a group of women and children, coming here alone.They are harmless They are not terrorists!! But, he doesn't know if any are not!! His administration, nor him knows. Will you believe any of the words, he speaks?? I won't!! He is from Chicago!!
