			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;If you told me there&#x27;s a way to beat any lotto in the world I wouldn&#x27;t laugh my arse off.  &#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;The word, &#x27;scratchers&#x27; would come to mind.  They&#x27;re certainly one of the lottos in the world.
