			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wisconsin Badger 5 was up to 137,000 and the draw tonight jumped it to 173,000 with milwaukke ( yep it is spelled wrong, I don&#x27;t care! ) and madison running off with the win like usual, however there was a 3rd place that had a winner in Gillet which I have no problem with. It is the same places that consistently win when the jackpot is up at a certain amount. I continue to be convinced that they know what place will have a winner ahead of time.
