Same thing with mega millions, new york won it all, so they should be barred from winning jackpots too. One win a year should be allowed for these big lottery games.

They should keep doing pre-draws until they get some states that haven't had a win in a long time.

I just finished looking through the wisconsin jackpot winners page, there is no mega millions jackpot winner so far in Wisconsin. I wonder if there are any other states like that.
