			<description><![CDATA[<p>Will or can you go into depth on this? I will give you my perception of a RNG. I believe, the RNG can be set to produce, after seeing which the most played combos have been purchased, a non-winning ticket. Not sure if I am wrong or right. The programmer who got caught, proved a fix can be had. I will bet he is not the only one that has did this, the others didn&#x27;t get caught.</p>]]></description>
