One of my hunting buddies shot one, butchered it and grilled it up just to see what it tasted like....................he said it was a bit greasy. I am glad I wasn't there.

That thing just about ate him alive. Bit up his hands pretty good, and then he had to get rabies shots. He didn't mind getting bitten so much, but the rabies shots weren't fun.
