Flint black population 56 % black, that being said...The people of Flint VOTED, REPEAT VOTED. To get rid of Detroit water. They wanted to save money, no excuse for dirty water, but the people who fudged the reports on the water quality came in all colors and genders. The water in Flint was not because of a White Governor and it is just not in Flint. There are other cities in Michigan that has contaminated water. The contamination was caused by poor management, like all the problems the cities have, by having unqualified people, running the government. I don't care if they are Black or White. A college graduate and school administrator does not qualify you to be a Mayor and you can not depend on City commissioners. Name one city where a minority was in the top position that was a success. I read the article, not one thing in the article qualifies him to be a Mayor. You allow your college degree to think it would qualify you to be a Mayor. Show me a success story.

He is a product of Baltimore and very familiar with the problems there. He has all the skills necessary to be a very effective mayor.
