You are both correct. The media is the main blame. They are so afraid to offend Obama. They never had a problem offending a White President, whether that President was a Liberal or Conservative. Obama has not anything, but stir the Racial Pot.

Blacks are killing police at ten times the white rate

Since we originally made this report, four more police officers have been killed by gunfire. (Note: There is a fifth officer who died of injuries related to a gunshot, but the actual shooting occurred in 2014.

29 police officers have been killed by gunshots in 2015 so far. 20 are white, 7 are black, one is Asian, and one is Native American.

Of the 20 white officers, the race of the killer is not known in two cases. Of the other 18, eight were killed by blacks, 8 by whites, 2 by Latinos. One Asian officer was killed by a black, and one Native American was killed by a Native America.

In cases where the race of the killer is known, 59% are black. Since blacks make up about 12.5% of the US population, this is a huge disparity.

Blacks are also over-represented in the percentage of officers killed. About 12% of American law enforcement are black, but 24% of the victims in 2015 so far have been black. This means black officers are currently being killed at a much higher rate than other officers. All seven black officers were killed by a black suspect.

(Making an educated guess that Charles Joseph Gliniewicz was killed by a white perpetrator and James Bennett, Jr. was killed by a black perpetrator, that would still make blacks responsible for 59% of the total 29 officers killed. This means that blacks are killing police officers at over ten times the rate that white people do.)
