I don't think this law has anything to do with Affirmative Action, This law also pertains to Whites. It is one of antiquated laws, that are allowed to stay on every states books, which needs to be cleaned up. I will bet every single state has tons of them.

See, it always comes right back around to BITE. This is the same exact scenario which the late Justice Scalia was promoting in terms of blacks attending the University of Texas. He said that they should attend 'slower' schools based on his own reasoning... and Rush was humping his mic trying to defend him. This is the same law which I firmly believe Scalia had in mind...and it speaks volumes about just where we are in terms of those sitting high in our justice system. No way around this one........ This is one of those laws, someone should have challenged, long ago, instead of allowing it to stay on the books. The state of Missouri is responsible and they should correct, immediately.
