Criminals still have a right to council. If you send them to trial without council it will conflict with the sixth amendment. He had no choice but to release them. We are no longer Guilty until proven innocent. You either do it the right way, or no way at all. This will force the state to do their job. I applaud this Judge for having the GUTS to stand up for what's right under the law.
