There was a special on 60 Minutes, quite a few years ago on a section 8 housing in St. Louis. The coordinator of the housing was kicking this Black family out for destroying their apartment.

Less wealthy could become more wealthy. More wealthy becomes less wealthy. Non whites becomes more law abiding. White become more non law abiding.
