Trump pushed him into a corner with deciding on whether he could run for office again with his announcement. Pence, though, will have both hands full dealing with Trump vs. Muslims on every front...and we know how Pence felt about Trump's 'ban on Muslims.' This convention will be very interesting and full of theater.

He is too much of an intellectual to work under Trump's narcissist azz. Trump would be self-conscious of everything he said around Newt. Trump has to have someone he can control like a puppet. Newt is not the one. Also Newt is known to say controversial things when questioned by the press.
