Why do you people continue to ask questions when you know I am not going to give you the answer that you are helplessly searching for? Emily, in case you didn't know it, when blacks kill blacks and are caught, and they go to the prison. When whites kill blacks, they are mostly found not guilty, a mistrial, or allowed to plea out to a lesser charge and probation.

CARBBO, the only reason I am defending her is because she is being attacked by a bonafide bigot, such as yourself, that believes stereotypes as though they were fact. This is an ex-police commissioner trying to evaluate her performance. He is not her supervisor so what he is saying about her is not factual, it's his bias opinion. And yes, I do defend blacks as you defend whites.

First of all, saying someone is unqualified is the oldest BIGOT TACTIC in AMERICA. It has been used for years by hate groups. Maybe the trolls will finally believe about unqualified people being in positions they are not qualified to fill. They don't have to be Black, they can be White. Ant time a person is a political appointee, there is a minimum 50% chance, that person is unqualified. A lesson to be learned, don't vote because of skin color, or sex. I will bet money, she or the Mayor, because she is not qualified either.
