			<description><![CDATA[<p>Call me crazy, but wouldn&#x27;t shooting a running suspect armed or unarmed in the leg accomplish the same goal as shooting said suspect in the back. On top of that, if six or seven likely out of shape officers can&#x27;t run down a fleeing suspect, maybe they should just let him go, go for coffee, and wait for a likely second chance to apprehend the suspect at his next criminal activity.<br /><br />Selling untaxed cigarettes or even stealing a car does NOT require the death penalty.<br /><br />Also, if tax payers are going to supply police departments with body cams, why is it they always seem to malfunction at the most inopportune time.<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/114640">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
