Marino is a former federal prosecutor and frequent critic of Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Marino said he and many Americans are fed up with the way this has been handled. He called the Clintons pathological liars who believe that the American people aren't smart enough to figure this out.

There was so much evidence there to indict [her] and it wasn't done, said Marino.

Marino now wants to know if Clinton committed perjury while testifying before Congress.

Marino believes that the notes from Clinton's interview with the FBI will show that she was not truthful with Congress.

If she lied to Congress, she perjured himself. Therefore, she can be prosecuted and spend as long as 10 years in prison for doing that. This has to be handled, he said, adding that the FBI and Justice Department are taking direction from the White House in not going after Clinton.

Marino led the effort to have the FBI turn over to Congress any materials from their interview of Clinton.
