I have been targeting certain states in an atempt to bring the

states overall prize ratio over 100%. I realize this may be an impossible

task. After all, if this was so easy, lotteryplayers wouldn't need jobs.

I am trying to answer the age old question. Are some players

better at certain games/states than others? or is thier winning just a simple

application of statistics?

I know that there is a certain expected win ratio. but how does one explain

my Arizona stat? where I have posted 1,038 predictions and never hit. not

even once in an 8.9 years.

time to cut my loses in Arizona and move on. I will eventualy come back

and try it again.

Oklahoma

the single hit here is not enough to pay the bills. (number of predictions)

Aug 20 LottoAce Oklahoma Pick 36-Way Box7-2-3 2-3-7 $40

cutting my loses in this state as well and moving on

Nebraska

nothing. more overall damage taken to lifetime stats.

moving on here as well

Colorado

this states pic 3 is giving me more grief than the woman I dated from here.

the hit here keeps my stats from bottoming out

Sep 06 LottoAce Colorado Cash 4 of 5 02-07-15-23-28 02-10-15-23-28 $150

no hits in the pic 3. think I'll stick it out for a few more weeks

North Carolina

when I started this quest North Carolina's prize ratio was 27.92%

began to work on the pic 3/4's in order to raise my home states overall prize ratio.

I carelessly allowed my pics to run out and as a result of my oversight I missed out

on three North Carolina hits.

Sept 07: 276 for $40, 276 for $40 and 762 for $290

Nice set of hits here was a big step toward my goal in N.C.

Sept 08 LottoAce North Carolina Pick 3 Evening 6-Way Box 5-0-9 5-9-0 $40

Sept 08 LottoAce North Carolina Pick 3 Evening 6-Way Box 9-0-5 5-9-0 $40

Sept 08 LottoAce North Carolina Pick 3 Evening 6-Way Box 0-5-9 5-9-0 $40

Sept 08 LottoAce North Carolina Pick 3 Evening 6-Way Box 0-9-5 5-9-0 $40

Sept 08 LottoAce North Carolina Pick 4 Evening 12-Way Box 6-9-2-2 2-2-6-9 $200

Sept 08 LottoAce North Carolina Pick 4 Evening 12-Way Box 9-6-2-2 2-2-6-9 $200

Sept 08 LottoAce North Carolina Pick 4 Evening 12-Way Box 2-2-9-6 2-2-6-9 $200

oversight/bad stragety cost me another $290 hit by not fully boxing in 590.

the pic 4 hit of 2269 (boat registration#) would have put me back in the black

on the pic 4 had I have knocked the $2700 out of the park.

that would have put the Pic 4 and possible the entire state's stats

back in black.

I realize though with a pic 4 that it is not realistic for me to reduce my

numbers down to one set every draw and play all possible combinations

to pick up the straight.

North Carolina's overall Prize ratio is 37.82%

N.C. Stat increased by 9.9%

were the hits in North Carolina and Indiana the week before just an offset of win probability

caused by the excessive losses in Arizona and Nebraska?

or did I win more often in North Carolina and Indiana because of the effort

I put forth by anaylising charts, and reading the forums?

In any case I still have yet to figure out how to effectively use pic3/4

to offset jackpot Lottery loses.

wouldn't it be great if one could use the winnings to fully fund

playing the bigger lotteries?

... [ More ]
