			<description><![CDATA[<p> Thanks for your note. You ve just picked up on what makes our random number generator, in fact, random. It does not rotate in numbers or make sure that numbers are selected in equal amounts. It is truly random, with numbers coming in at various combinations, which can be repeated or, on the flip side, not drawn again for a very long time. (We do run a test on the random number generator prior to each and every drawing to make sure everything is functioning properly.)<br /><br /></p>]]></description>
