so with the pair chart the cut off point will be at the 4 pair line.

I could do a line of numbers from the 2 pair line 25, 27, 28, 29 like I did in previous post.

Combining with the 02 and 12 pair would give me 8 additional plays.

So if I were to blend the top tier with the high tier the 9 ball appears in the 09, 29, 39, 49 then we have the 59, 69, 79,89, 99 in the high tier to go with top tier.

Figuring a key number to play would be helpful also.

Just need to figure when a HHH will drop.
