The only 'problem' is, we invaded Iraq for a totally different reason, what Hussein was doing there to his own people has been going on for centuries in other countries, yet few people know about it.

To all...maybe it's my toothache that's taken away my common sense. I really am going crazy. I should have realized this was posted as an analogy. Anyway, I googled some words and this "letter" was all over the internet, a week before the November 2004 election. Duh!! Wish I could delete my comments. I feel like I just fell for another "Swiffer" story.

all soldiers are brave and everyone is proud to have them fight for whatever but it is better to do one's own thing and not get inolved in something.....categorically not invade another country unless they have actually attacked you or are GENUINELY planning to do so...

I read the story posted here and made a comment. I read "My husband and I were in the Army during the Gulf War and we would be honored to serve and defend our Country again today." So I automatically assumed this letter was being written from the United States. I still believe in what I wrote, but I apologize if I misunderstand from where this was written, although now I'm confused.
