My last comment when you first posted your sad tale was not a criticism. I don't know if you are telling the truth, but what counts is that it's impossible to prove that was your ticket. I once found some money at Walmart on the floor near the entrance/exit. Let's say they announced "anyone who dropped a $10 bill, please come to the customer service desk" and 10 people showed up to claim it. Without a signature on the money, it would be very hard to prove who is the rightful owner. If anyone here is wondering what I did, first I checked to see if someone had left a name, shopped for 20 minutes, checked a second time, so I donated it to charity.... [ More ]
