Georgia laws with respect to voter ID have been tested in the courts and prevailed. The state requires a state issued ID in order to vote and if someone can not afford the fee for it, then the state will pay for it. For application for ID you do have to present certified (embossed) birth certificate and several articles of identification, so the system is very thorough in issuing one. I feel all states should adopt the same system which works.

I hope they get this cleaned up about non citizens voting. It is made to easy for non citizens not being properly vetted before the vote.
