As there has been news that california seceding is gaining momentum. The good thing out of it, it should make california ineligible for powerball and mega millions. Too bad we don't have a system like the electoral college to prevent states like california from winning the lottery jackpots too easily.

I also see the same sadistic system where you have to pay to block people is still the same. Whoever created this forum software should be ashamed.
