Turns out that I had a bug called "Helicobacter pylori"

Years after the surgery and antibiotics, I haven't had the problem since. 

 

Also, no eats for four hours before bed and drink only water.

I never could hit high notes, most people tell me I sound like eddie vedder when I sing... embrace it... look at billie joe armstrong from Green Day, he is working his range great. The flip side is joe elliot who sang high back on the early def leppard records... have you seen them live lately? he tries his darndest but it ain't happening.

Justin, try gaviscon. No caffeine, acidic foods. Eat in small amounts. If you could get to a doctor for a prescripiton of reglan 10mg Twice daily will help.
