It is almost the same as the other one , but costs 2X as much and can control 4 devices:

DVD-Aux, SAT-CBL-DTC, VCR and TV, the other one can control 3 devices only.

Other than that they might be the same.

Those 2 are very easy to use remote controls and very good also.

To use some of the other remotes a person needs to be very patient, they have too much junk on and in them, some things that some people will never need to use.

Sometimes simple is best (but not always).
