			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;It&#x27;s probably just a coincidence, but I think it&#x27;s interesting to note that I had been to see Clouse (the prosecutor) about the Hoosier Lottery mess on the Monday prior to the wreck, which occured on Thursday. His deputy told me there was nothing they could do, since it was a jurisdictional issue.
