			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have randomly entered number pairs below. I have seen this done on both pick 3 and now pick 4. The way I see it, these people are either too lazy to enter in the extra 1 or 2 numbers, or they really have nothing and basically are flinging crap at the wall to see what sticks!
