Yes i think forgiveness is good Emily; no i say it is the greatest thing that has happened to me because i am doing it starting Today ,Yes this Sunday Morning ,i forgive all who made me feel Low and worthless,Let me say it again,I forgive Everyone that made me feel sad,Thanks Emily i Love this Perfect Blog you have because i am up this early morning with the worst Headache in the world ,it feels like a Dagger stuck in the side of my Head and i have to hold it on 1 side but This is educating me to feel better about myself,Thanks again you are a rare soul of a Human Being,Have a Blessed Palm Sunday... I agree. However, there is a big difference between forgiving and forgetting. I still believe people need to be accountable for their actions. Once I watched a Law & Order episode where the mother of a murdered child forgave the shooter, but of course he still had to be punished. I'm not sure I could be that forgiving.

Forgiveness is a tough one. It's strange that we can find so much comfort in holding onto negativity. I can certainly think of some things in my life that I'd be better off to forgive and forget about them. Grudges usually create the biggest burden for those who hold them.
