Lets hope the broke state releases the money to the winner. They may issue the winner bearer bonds in lieu of cash. End up with a handful of junk bonds.

I think it's just more proof that with so many numbers, it really doesn't matter...just gotta be real lucky.

Isn't it interesting the state that was broke and has junk credit someone coincidentally won the jackpot? I am throwing out a guess that Illinois will win powerball too.
