It doesn't protect you in the private sector. Only the public sector and the teamsters. And with the teamsters because it's a union thing you kind of have to prove unfit to do your job as a reason which has nothing to do with speech or points of view.

BLM is the biggest hate group in America, much larger than the KKK or any other white supremacist group.
