Create a new folder and name it whatever you like. Example, Pick3Boxes

Download the following zip file: Zip file contains 2 Excel file.

Unzip the 2 Excel files in the zip file into your new folder created above.

There are 2 Excel files. 1. P3StateDrawsLS.xlsm and 2. DataTransferPick3LS.xlsm.

Open the P3StateDrawsLS.xlsm 1st. You may need to change the security setting for accepting macros. When you open this file you may see read-only above the top menu bar. Click files save as and save using the same file name. You may also see enable content . Click enable content button at the top.

With the P3StateDrawsLS.xlsm open go to the main menu at the top and select the 2nd Excel file DataTransferPick3.xlsm. You may need to follow the same procedures as the P3StateDrawsLS.xlsm file above.

These are 2 Youtube videos. The 1st video explains how to update the drawings in the P3StateDrawsLS.xlsm Excel file. The 2nd video explains how to use both the P3StateDrawsLS.xlsm file and DataTransferPick3LS.xlsm file.

Note: When opening the 2nd Excel file DataTransferPick3LS.xlsm may take 30 seconds to 1 minute to open/calculate the formulas.
