I never read anything I thought you plagiarized, Mike, but I agree with the previous comments. I usually do my best to say "I read this online" or "someone sent this to me." I recently posted a story about Santa and a sick child, but I didn't think I had to say "I read this somewhere" because I thought it was obvious since it took place in WI. The writing style was also so unlike mine. However, after I posted it and my editing time ran out I had thought about making that comment. I have no idea if it was copyrighted since a friend emailed it to me. Most of my posts are spontaneous thoughts anyway (since most people aren't as strange as I am! lol) but I think Todd is only trying to protect the integrity of this site.... [ More ]

What Todd is refering to is proprietary articles which might like RickG said not be allowed to post without the origonal writers permission. like some news articles say not to be reprinted or copied without permission.

If they require express written consent to reproduce the article, then you can't do it. That's usually stated at the end of the article. <br
