			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Winner by David Baldacci.<br /><br />Not accurate,un this story the lottery is a pick 10, but quite a read.<br /><br />One newspaper reporter in the book thinks the lottery us designed to destroy the winners.<br /><br />The lottery in the book is a national lottery with one bug drawing a month, 12 winners a year.<br /><br />The reporter insists that 9 of 12 winners declare bankruptcy every year but then discovers a year where none of them did,<br /><br />Prior to this there&#x27;s a character in the book that picks the people to win...they agree to go along or he has them killed.<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/126765">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
