He has an unwillingness to learn from his mistakes, and is arrogant when it comes to accepting responsibility for his own failures as POTUS...it's always someone else's fault. Real leaders admit their mistakes and man-up to criticisms...they don't go on a twitter rant because of thin-skin or you feel that you have to give someone the "what for" because your feelings are hurt every time someone says something negative about you.
