			<description><![CDATA[<p>From what little I understand, but I do understand this. Puerto Rico is under the control of the U.S. Government. That means that they are not a sovereign nation. Yet, after this disaster, the U.S. government does not want to be involved in any way whasoever, or they want to be involved in as little a way as possible. This is utterly confusing, because it looks as if the U.S. government does not want to help Puerto Rico because they don&#x27;t want to give Puerto Rico it&#x27;s 51st State status. Yet by not helping them or saying things like it&#x27;s not our job to help Puerto Rico, aren&#x27;t they saying that Puerto Rico you are on your own. Meaning independent. It&#x27;s a strange situation to say the least. You know Americans for a long time made a lot of money from Puerto Rico. But as stupid as Americans act in terms of money, how quickly they forget. That&#x27;s the truth. And I haven&#x27;t even mentioned the U.S. municipal bonds markets.
