Thanks Maddog. I think he effectively did nationalize both by executive order but not by order of congress.

It was said back in 2008 that Obama was trying to Nationalize both , when he signed executive order to broaden their base.

If wrong doing has gone on in the Obama administration who are the ones going to jail? <br /><br />Trump was right to suspend these payments.<br /><br />I will wager that Democrats in Congress will have a hard time defending this one.
