			<description><![CDATA[<p>Found it on the first search.<br /><br />Looks like 180 degrees core temperature for at least 30 minutes.<br /><br />The oven I will build is a lot quicker for my situation with portable containers and container mix.<br /><br />I would get kicked out of the house if I put container mix in the house oven.
