			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Senate needs to clamp down on this 30 hour floor debate time also. As I understand it a Senator from the minority side are allowed two speeches with a 1 hour time limit for both. Plus they need to be a continuous debate during those 30 hours meaning the Democrats will need to come up with 30 Senators to fill that debate time. If they do not do so a vote on the nominee can be called.
