It is not legal for inmates, parolees, probationers, or ex-felons to vote in Alabama. These people have been disenfranchised and cannot vote. In 2016 there were approx. 286, 266. Felon voting rights are only restored through a governorâ€™s executive action or a court order.

I hope he does sues, then the burden of proving the allegations are untrue will be on him. I hope all the women agree to take a lie detector test along with Moore. This will settle once in for all who's telling the truth. Even though it is inadmissible as evidence, it will say a lot about the credibility of the women, as well as, the credibility of Moore's denial. I'm surprised Moore's attorneys did not offer to do this. I wonder why? What do you have to lose if you are supposedly telling the truth?... [ More ]

I saw they were signing up people in prison to vote for the other guy. Unsure about prisoner vote being legal in Alabama.

If his sexual allegations are false he needs to sue all those who made allegations including Alred with her yearbook she represented.
