<br />A couple of weeks ago, following a meeting, a man was making remarks about me that were very critical (the dumb blonde kind) and he was very animated. From what I understand, the entire team was laughing while he performed. I didn't see or hear this, but a friend called me and told me what was going on. I wish she hadn't, to tell you the truth. Yes, it's quite an art to conceptualize humor that does not exist at the expense of someone's dignity. Perhaps the most precious aspect of a healthy sense of humor is that part which allows us to laugh at ourselves. That's certainly better than beating up on ourselves and carrying around a lot of useless baggage.
